Which pets does it work for?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, fish, turtles, and any other pet you type in. With Pro you can add as many as you have.
Can my partner use PetPill for the same pet?
Yes. Share a pet with your partner or anyone you live with, and you both see the same schedule and who gave each dose. Inviting needs PetPill Pro; joining is free. A Pro subscription also covers your Apple Family Sharing group.
Do I have to open the app to log a dose?
No. Mark a dose as given right from its notification, from a widget on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, or from your Apple Watch.
Where is my pet's data stored?
Your pets' records are stored in your own iCloud account and sync across your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The privacy policy lists everything the app collects.
Does PetPill give veterinary advice?
No. PetPill reminds and records. Any threshold or target is a number you set, and the app never tells you what a reading means. Always follow your vet.
Which devices and languages?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 17.6 or later, and Apple Watch. PetPill speaks English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Japanese, Korean and Simplified Chinese. There's no Android version.
